Angela Brown, 30, from Georgia, is "a drum major for justice in the rural American south." She rallies young people to resist when poor communities are unfairly targeted for the installation of facilities that pollute. Underlying her work is the idea that youth must move now to take command-"21st century leadership," she calls it.
